Last updated: October 9, 2026. These website terms explain the intended use of Magical New Beginnings' information and tools. They do not replace any separately agreed assistance, sponsorship, or donation arrangement.

Resources and program availability

Information is provided for community education and coordination. Confirm eligibility, current stock, sponsorship availability, pickup arrangements, and program rules directly with the receiving organization. Planned resource-center, education, and advocacy services are identified as plans and are not guaranteed to be available. This site is not an emergency service or a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

Sponsorship and donations

The website currently does not collect payments, store payment-card details, or establish recurring donations. A selected giving amount or downloaded intention note creates no charge or commitment. Sponsorship listings are coordination requests; confirm a need with the team before purchasing or delivering items. A “needs met” label records a team update and is not a financial accounting report.

The nonprofit and thrift shop are separate organizations. Confirm the legal recipient, intended use, tax treatment, and acknowledgment process before donating. A store purchase, voucher sponsorship, and nonprofit gift are different transactions. No blanket claim of tax deductibility is made by this website. Request the nonprofit's verified legal name, EIN, tax-status documentation, and applicable receipt information. Physical donations must be delivered during confirmed business hours; do not leave items outside.

Respectful use and community content

Do not attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, upload content without permission, or interfere with the site. Stories and photos remain subject to their owners' rights and the permissions granted; submitting content does not automatically transfer ownership. Public display does not grant permission to reuse a person's image or story. Ask the team before reusing community content.
