Magical New Beginnings
Our 501(c)(3) nonprofit focuses on homelessness prevention, essential resources, education, and helping families move beyond living paycheck to paycheck.
Role: programs, assistance & long-term stability.OUR MISSION & PARTNERS
Helping families find relief today, build stability, and imagine a new beginning.
Magical New Beginnings is the nonprofit. Our independently operated thrift shop and Facebook community are partners in bringing this vision to life.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Our 501(c)(3) nonprofit focuses on homelessness prevention, essential resources, education, and helping families move beyond living paycheck to paycheck.
Role: programs, assistance & long-term stability. The separate Corona retail business, established in 2020, provides affordable secondhand shopping and partners in community assistance through clothing and household vouchers.
Role: affordable goods & voucher fulfillment.Charm’s Facebook group connects local families. The partnership vision includes resource sharing, donation drives, community events, and connecting people who need help with people who can offer it.
Role: connection, outreach & community participation. The thrift store is a partner, not part of the nonprofit. The Facebook group is a community partner. Sharing a founder and a mission of helping others does not make them one organization.
FROM IMMEDIATE RELIEF TO LASTING STABILITY
Through our thrift shop partner, eligible families can access clothing and household essentials. We’ve developed a model with clothing vouchers for individual family members and one household voucher per family. Availability and eligibility apply.
$10 sponsors 20 eligible items through our voucher model. Community sponsorship helps turn a manageable contribution into practical support for a person in need.
Community assistance has included diapers, wipes, pull-ups, formula, baby food, food staples, and adult incontinence supplies. Families should confirm current stock, sizes, and brands before visiting.
Our goal is to help families understand resources and build practical financial knowledge before a difficult situation becomes a housing crisis. Education and workshops are part of the nonprofit’s next chapter.
We want to help parents understand advocacy and navigate support for their children, with a longer-term goal of providing or funding access to qualified advocates. This is a planned initiative, not a currently available advocacy service.
We are exploring 5,000–10,000 square feet with a thrift shop at the front and a separate nonprofit resource center behind it: a pantry by appointment, computers, classrooms, storage, and operational space. No location or opening date is confirmed.
The vision brings together the Facebook community, thrift shop, volunteers, educators, advocates, sponsors, and other organizations for resource sharing, donation drives, workshops, and community events.
Our planning includes volunteer and employee onboarding, clear responsibilities, checklists, and operating procedures so community support can grow with consistency and care.
Current support depends on donations, sponsorship, eligibility, and availability. Future initiatives require funding, qualified partners, and operational readiness.
TAKE A CLOSER LOOK
A retail purchase and a nonprofit contribution are different. Follow the specific details of a fundraiser or sponsorship offer; we do not claim that all thrift store proceeds go to the nonprofit.
